Heptacube Inc. SSL Hosting Policy

1. Definitions

The Client (you): Company or person receiving SSL Hosting services from Heptacube Inc.

User: Person (employee, adminstrator or other) using the services and/or web products built and/or
hosted by Heptacube Inc.

2. Responsibilities

2.1 Confidentiality

2.1.1 Client

The client agrees to respect the confidential nature of the data collected.

The user must notify Heptacube Inc. directly of any violation or attempts of violation to the
confidentiality of data hosted by Heptacube Inc.

The client agrees to supply, publish and respect a policy of confidentiality on any site hosted for
them (the client) by Heptacube Inc.

2.1.2 Heptacube Inc.

Heptacube Inc. agrees to respect the confidentiality of the data collected and adequately restrict
access to users specified by the client.

2.2 Integrity

Heptacube Inc. is responsible for the integrity of the information collected on its servers and agrees
to supply, at the request of the client, backup copies of the client's information. Heptacube Inc.
reserves the right to chose the method and the protocol for the transaction.

2.3 Equipment

Heptacube Inc. is responsible for the configuration and maintenance for the equipment necessary for
providing hosting services.

2.3 Limits of responsibility

Heptacube Inc. may not be held responsible for the loss of confidentiality of data collected should the
event occur not on its servers.

HEPTACUBE INC. MAY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR LOSS OF CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA AND MAY GIVE REPARATIONS ONLY IF IT CAN BE PROVEN THAT THE LOSS OF CONFIDENTIALITY IS A
DIRECT RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE OR A PROFESSIONAL ERROR ON THE PART OF AN EMPLOYEE OR
ADMINISTRATOR OF HEPTACUBE INC.

IN SUCH A SITUATION, HEPTACUBE INC. MAY GIVE REPARATIONS ONLY UP TO THE VALUE OF
AFFECTED TRANSACTIONS OCCURING DURING THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ERROR, UP TO A
MAXIMUM VALUE OF THE ANNUAL VALUE OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN HEPTACUBE INC. AND THE
CLIENT.

Heptacube Inc. may not be held responsible for loss of confidentiality of data collected in case of
strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental
action, labor conditions, earthquakes, interruptions in telecommunications services or Internet
access, or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of Heptacube Inc.

3. Guarantees

3.1 Quality

Heptacube Inc. is conscious that the quality of its service must be and remain excellent. It is strictly
forbidden to use SSL hosting services for the following purposes: distribution of pornography,
distribution of racist or hateful material, distribution of copyrighted material (textual, audio or
video).

3.2 Liability

Heptacube Inc. agrees to be liable for its hosting services. Information technology being what it is,
both parties must recognize that this liability must be limited. Heptacube Inc. agrees to fulfill its
hosting obligations with 99% uptime.


3.3 Guarantee Limits

IN NO SITUATION MAY THE DAMAGES OR COMPENSATIONS EXACTED BY THE CLIENT EXCEED
THE VALUE OF THE CONTRACT IN QUESTION.

4. Changes to the Heptacube Inc. SSL Hosting Policy

4.1 Changes

Heptacube Inc. reserves the right to add, modify or remove terms from its SSL Hosting Policy.

4.2 Notification

Heptacube Inc. will notify the client when a change has been made regarding the SSL Hosting Policy.
